Shipping policy
Here's the rundown on how we get your order to you - when it ships, how long it'll take, and what to do if something goes wrong along the way. Placing an order means you're good with the terms below.
When will my order ship?
We pack and ship your order within 1 business day of you placing it (that's Monday to Friday, holidays aside). This is just the time to get it out the door, the delivery estimate below happens after that.
Where does my order ship from?
Most products ship from our Illinois warehouse USA, so your order heads out from within the States. Cat Netting is cut to size and shipped from our international warehouse.
How much is shipping, and when will it arrive?
You'll see your exact shipping cost at checkout before you pay. We offer free shipping on many items and will let you know when that's the case.
Can I track my order?
Yep. Once it ships, you'll get an email with a tracking number, and you can check on it anytime on our tracking page. Give it up to 48 hours after shipping for the tracking to start updating.
Do you ship internationally?
We ship to Canada. Delivery times vary especially since customs can add a bit more.
Heads up: any import duties, taxes, or customs fees from the destination country are down to you, the recipient, and aren't included in what you pay at checkout. It's worth a quick look at your local rules before you order.
What if I entered the wrong address?
Double-check your address at checkout because couriers won't allow changes once the parcel is in transit. Spot a mistake? Let us know as soon as you can and we'll do our best to fix it before your order ships.
What about delays?
Once your order leaves the warehouse, it's in the carrier's hands. We can't control delays from the carrier, the weather, or customs, but if something gets stuck we're happy to help you chase it up.
What if my order is lost or damaged?
If your order turns up damaged, or tracking says it was delivered but it's nowhere to be found, contact us to let us know. Send your order number and a few photos of any damage if you can, and we'll sort it out with you and the carrier.
