Shipping & Delivery
We ship to most places, if you have any questions please get in touch :)
Shipping time for U.S locations is 1-2 weeks.
We deliver to most countries across the world. However, there are some locations we are unable to ship to. If you happen to be from one of those countries we will contact you to let you know.
You will receive an email with a tracking number once your order is shipped and the delivery company has updated their system. Sometimes there can be minor delays with updates from the delivery system.
It isn't possible to cancel an order while it is in transit. Any cancellations need to wait until the delivery has arrived to go through the correct refund process.
Lost or missing packages
We can't accept refunds or cancellation if the incorrect address is placed during the checkout process. Please make sure that your billing and shipping address is correct before processing your order. If we have made an error we will fully take responsibility of the original order that was made for you at no charge.
We are not responsible for any international custom fees once the items have shipped, these are set by the country of delivery but aren't common in most countries.
