Shipping & Returns

We know you can't wait to get your order!

What is Pre-order?

Sometimes we can completely sell out before our next round of stock reaches our fulfilment centre.  If this happens, we will put products up for pre-order before they've arrived. 


Customers who place a Pre-order will receive the products first, when they are back in stock. 


We know what date our stock is due to arrive, so this is the date is shown on the product page. Provided stock arrives at our warehouse when expected, all orders will then be shipped out to our customers on that specified date.

Shipping costs

We offer FREE shipping on most products over $50, however if there is a charge for shipping we'll calculate it for you at checkout. 

Tracking information

You will receive an email with a tracking number once your order is shipped and the delivery company has updated their system. Sometimes there can be minor delays with updates from the delivery system. 

Can I change my shipping address?

Did auto-fill take over delivery address? Did you make an oopsie on your order details?

Please let us know asap if you need to change your delivery address, because if your order hasn't been shipped we can probably change it for you. 

Returns

We offer 30 day returns on most of our products.


To be eligible for a return:

- Item(s) have to be initiated for return within 30 days of the delivery/receiving of order.

- Item(s) were not marked “Final Sale” or “Non-Returnable” at the time of purchase, unless faulty.

- Please let us know the reason for the return so we can log it in our system. 

- Most items will have a 10% return fee, which covers return shipping, restocking, etc.
