Refund policy

First things first: we want you to absolutely love your Meow Safe products. Like, really love them. Our customers keep coming back for the same reason, because we put care and attention into providing products where the quality shines through. You can rest assured and purchase with confidence because our products are quality controlled.

 

Returns

We offer 60 day returns on most of our products.

To be eligible for a return:

• Item(s) have to be initiated for return within 60 days of the delivery/receiving of order.
• Item(s) were not marked “Final Sale” or “Non-Returnable” at the time of purchase, unless faulty.
• Please let us know the reason for the return so we can log it in our system.

Cancellations

It isn't possible to cancel an order once it has been sent with the delivery company, as we no longer have the parcel in our control. Any cancellations need to refuse the delivery when it arrives so the parcel can be sent back to us.
